Tear-Out: Carefully remove existing cabinetry, countertops, and appliances, followed by site debris disposal.
Rough-Ins: Relocate and update plumbing lines, electrical outlets, and gas connections to match the new layout.
Surface Levelling: Subfloor inspection and drywall patching to guarantee perfectly level surfaces for installation.
Phase 5: Premium Installation & Fine Carpentry (1 - 2 Weeks)
